Preguntas Frecuentes - FAQ

Which TLS versions are supported?

App

The app supports TLS 1.2 or higher on all three platforms (Android, iOS, and Windows).

This means that the app is only able to communicate with web services that support TLS 1.2 or higher.

If you connect to any external web service directly from within the app, such as when using Platform Sync (formerly Hosted GET) data sources, then please ensure that the web service(s) support TLS 1.2.

Please note that some older operating system versions do not have support for TLS 1.2. The minimum OS versions that support TLS 1.2 per platform are as follows:

  • Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher.
  • iOS 5.0 or higher.
  • Windows 7 SP1 or higher.

Platform

At the moment the platform supports all TLS connection types, however, in the near future, the minimum supported version will be changed to TLS 1.2.

If you have any external web services connected to the platform then kindly ensure that they support TLS1.2 to avoid any issues.
